Samuel Johnson founded Compass Support Services with a deep commitment to improving the lives of people with disability and those requiring daily living assistance. His passion for the industry comes from lived experience, growing up with a brother who lives with a cognitive disability and epilepsy. This personal connection has shaped Samuel’s values, his understanding of families’ needs, and his dedication to delivering care that truly makes a difference.

Samuel holds a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science and a Master in Finance, giving him a unique blend of client-focused knowledge and strong organisational insight. With over seven years of hands-on experience supporting clients, he has worked closely with individuals of all ages to improve their wellbeing, independence, and participation in the community.

As a father himself, Samuel understands the importance of trusting someone to enter your home and care for the people you love. This responsibility sits at the heart of his leadership.
